Hello everyone!!! I hope you all had a fine week.
I gave some Flarp to one of my students as an Easter gift. He looks at it & says 'What is it'. I open it up & give him the putty & he plays with it & was like ok. I told him to put it back in the container. When he did it made the farting noises!!!
He broke out into a HUGE smile, dimples & all. He said 'It makes farty noises!!!!!'
Then he had to go show 2 of our principles & some of the other ladies he knows.
He then said he couldn't wait to get home to show his brother.
I also got him a Star Wars Beach Towel which he then said 'I don't go to the beach'. He was fine with it once I told him he could use it at the pool or after his bath.
Funny thing is he LOVES Star Wars!!!! But I think he actually loved the Flarp better.
Boys & their farts!

My son started vomiting last night around 8. Kept up twice an hour until about 4:30 a.m.

I went to Costco today. Filled up my cart. Went to get in the line. Opened up my checkbook to start the check only to realize that there were no checks.
Costco only take American Express, which I don't have so the nice lady took my cart & now I have to go back to refill it.

Gene Police: You!! Out Of The Pool!

So today a friend at work who also works in one of the rooms I work came up to me with a piece of paper.
I guess one of the kiddos came in & handed her a paper bunny he made & decorated & said 'This isn't for you but could you please give it to Mrs. Tiffany for me'

I went the 1st graders to see Harold & the Purple Crayon at the local theater. It was pretty good. The actors did an amazing job. It was a bit to long though.
Nothing else is really new.

Hello everyone!!!
My son is home sick today!! Coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath.
I can never get him into his Dr. so I took him to urgent care. It's viral so he has to tough it out.
I also really need to find a new Dr. for him.
That's ok though. I slept in & I'm going to scrap the rest of my day.
At 5:00 I'm going over to a friends house so her 17 year old daughter can cut my hair. She is really good at it so I'm going to give it a shot.
She apparently found the PERFECT hairstyle for me & is really excited about cutting it.
She did tell me that she doesn't like my bangs & that I have to grow them out.
I have tried to grow them but get aggravated with them & end up cutting them.
We'll see what she does.

Hello everyone!!! I hope your week went well. Mine was pretty good. My migraine finally went away after almost 2 weeks!!!
Funny Story:
The kiddos were working on their #20 page. We only had a couple kids left still working so I went to one. They had to draw 20 fish at the bottom of the page. I counted his & only found 18.
He points to a spot & tells me 'No that's one' I told him that it was just a spot. He says 'Well the body is invisible'.
Sadly I had to tell him that his teacher wasn't going to accept an invisible fish.

Hello all!!! Here is to a wonderful start to a new week.
I am soooo done with winter. All it has been doing here is raining. It's wet, cold, foggy & I'm ready for spring.
Funny story:
So I'm outside at work keeping an eye on my kiddos when I spot 2 children from another class playing in the snow. But they're eating it. It has been a few weeks since that snow has been on the ground. It's slush really & brown & black with dirt & who knows what else.
I looked at them & told them not to eat the snow because it was so dirty.
A couple minutes later I looked again & sure enough they're back to eating it.
I told them 'Guys, people have been walking in that snow, cleaning off their shoes in it & dogs have been walking in it & maybe even went potty in it.'
One boy started spitting & cleaning his tongue with a most disgusted look on his face.
The other just looked at me shrugged & took another bite!!!!

Anyway, Ptitesouris has this amazing new kit out called Golden Wish Come True.
How wonderful is that?!?! This is a must have kit!!!! Very romantic.

Hello everyone!!! I hope your weekend was perfect & relaxing.
I am so ready for winter to be over. But honestly, I never wanted it to be here in the first place.
It's freezing here. There is still tons of snow on the ground & I hate that my new car looks filthy. It's supposed to be in the upper 30's for Thurs. & Fri. so I'll probably take it to the car wash then.
It's pretty sad when I'm excited about upper 30's. It's a warm spell!!!

Mine is pretty good. I've scrapped, finished a book & played with my son.
Scrapping is always fun. The book was wonderful (Best Kept Secrets by Sandra Brown) even though I have read it before. I've noticed that my favorite authors can't write books as fast as I read them.
Playing with Gavin is always fun, although he loves to laugh at me when we play Wii. I don't know why!
As I told you all yesterday, I'm a guest By Becca this month & I HOPE & PRAY that she asks me to stay on permanently!!! Please keep you fingers crossed for me.

We had yet another snow day from school. The roads are horrible so I can understand it.
Gavin had a blast sledding & snowboarding again. We went to pick up a friend of his & the played for a couple hours.
I'm glad our backyard is a hill. I don't have to go out & drive him anywhere to sled.

We had a Snow Day today. My son is kinda mad at that. He doesn't like making up these days later. On the other hand, he loves to go play in the snow. Although it's VERY COLD outside today so I'm not sure how long he'll get to play.

So I bought the Wii Fit Plus. I can't get past the 1st level on the obstacle course!!!!!
I am so uncoordinated it's pathetic. My son has made to like level 9.
He thinks it's completely hilarious watching me try that & the kung fu & the birds eye thing where you flap your arms like wings.
I have to admit it's great playing with him. We laugh so hard & have such a good time!!!

My parents & my in laws came over on Sat. for my sons birthday. We all had a nice time.

I was cleaning off his dresser when it occurred to me that I used to change his diapers on it. Now he's 12!!!
I have never been more proud of him.

Well, my son is sick again. More vomiting & a sore throat.
DH had this a couple days ago & the Dr. told him he had strep throat.

Anyway, a few days ago I told you I made a new CT. Ptitesouris over at Digital-Crea asked me to join & I am soooooo excited. I was doing my happy dance & everything.
Nobody likes my happy dance. It's very embarrassing so I don't do it all that often.
She has put out a new kit called Snowmans Land & I LOVE it!!!!!
Super cool right?!?! Love the elements & the colors. It's PERFECT for winter or Christmas.

I love this photo of my son. He had just turned 2 & had never been out in the now before. It was a real experience for him. I love the look on his face.

I have been re-reading every book from Iris Johansen book in order. Well almost. I was in the process when I had bought Blood Game.
I started to read it & realized that I needed to refresh my memory. I am now halfway through it & it is soooo good!!!!
I still haven't heard from some of the other CT's I've applied for. I am getting pretty discouraged but I guess when you put yourself out there it can't all be good.
I just HATE it when designers don't get back to you. I hate finding out I didn't make it from the "Please welcome my new CT" threads & find my name not on it.
I guess I just feel that if I take the time to apply & put myself out there then a return email saying 'Sorry. I don't think your style fits me'. Okay. Off my soap box!

It's Thursday!!!!!!
After the week that wouldn't end (what I am referring to last week), this week is going by so fast!!! I now think I have jinxed it!! Oh Well.

Football is over for my son. He had a great time & is excited about playing next year.

Hello everyone. I'm a bad blogger again. I have been trying to play catch up & I am so TIRED!!!!
All it did here last week was rain.
The kids at school were at each other's throats by the end of the week. Constantly bickering!! Soooo stressful.
This week was better. Still a bit of bickering but nothing like last week.
I came home & cleaned, cooked, then crashed. I didn't want to do anything else!!!

Nothing is really new here. My sons football team won their game on Sat. 46-6!! He had tons of fun!!

Well, my son has a lung infection. The Dr. said it could have easily turned into pneumonia.
He is on some meds & hopefully will get better soon.

I don't think I can take much more.
My boy is still feeling icky. His stomach is still hurting & now he is saying it feels like something is sitting on his chest.
I don't know what to do. I know it's going to take awhile to get back to 'normal' but I am really starting to get worried.
Dh is finally feeling better. He told me Saturday night that it was really lucky that I haven't gotten sick yet.
I looked & him & said thanks for jinxing me.
Sure enough I woke up on Sunday with a cough. Woke this morning & my throat hurt with the cough & a little over halfway through the day at work my whole body started aching.
I WILL NOT GET SICK!!!!!

So anyway, enough about my boring life. You all want that freebie!!!
